Return policy

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Shoes must be unworn, in their original box, with all packaging and inserts.

Refunds are issued by bank transfer or Vodafone Cash within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

If a pair is faulty, contact us within 14 days with photographs. We cover collection and either replace the pair or refund it in full.
