Terms & conditions

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm your order by phone and dispatch it.

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the address is outside our delivery network, or we cannot reach you to confirm.

All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is cash on delivery, Instapay or Vodafone Cash. The amount due is the total shown on your order confirmation.

Please have the exact amount ready where possible. Couriers may not carry change.

If your shoes have a manufacturing issue, you get the pair replaced free of charge — no cost to you.

Orders refused at the door, or that we cannot deliver after three attempts, are returned to us and cancelled.

Repeatedly refusing cash-on-delivery orders may result in future orders requiring confirmation before dispatch.

The MOC name, logo, photography and site content are owned by MOC and may not be reproduced without written permission. Product designs and trademarks remain the property of their original brands.
